Features
Our website is directly linked to your account with us. By accessing the “My Account” tab you can view past orders, change your password, see all of your account details and outstanding invoices, print statements etc. The site is synchronised with our servers daily. If you have requested a credit, made a payment or entered an order - simply check back at a later stage and you will see the credit/payment/invoice posted on your account!
You can easily copy images for your website or share directly to social media platforms from the product page.
You can also add products to a “Wish list” for later viewing; simply click on the heart icon. From here you can “Add to Cart”, a useful tool for core lines that you regularly order.
How do I find a product?Either enter the stock code if known in the search field OR enter part of the description: i.e. if you enter 18 - the site will show you all products relating to 18th birthdays. If you enter Mum - the site will show you all products relating to Mum.
How do the categories work?There is a master category for each range i.e. Glassware, Barware etc. within this (simply click on the category) there are sub categories to narrow down your search. Under Barware you fill find Liquor Dispensers, Stainless Steel Barware etc.
Rather than searching through lots of pages, change the tab at the top to "show all". This will show you all products within the sub category on one page. When you want to learn more about a product or look at a bigger image simply click on it. Then either "Add to Cart" or "Continue Shopping" - you will return to exactly where you were.
Minimum Order QuantityEach item shows the minimum order quantity.
What happens when I place an order?You will receive an email confirmation after you hit "Submit". This will list the items you have purchased and the prices. This is then sent to our servers and printed out ready for picking and packing.
In the event that some items are not available, they will either be back ordered or cancelled depending on availability. There will be a note on your final invoice detailing this.
Delivery TimesWe aim to have your order packed and sent within 48 hours.
Delivery ChargesDelivery charges are automatically calculated based on what you order and your delivery address, this charge is applied to your invoice after your order is picked, packed and weighed.
Refunds-Returns and CreditsWe do not accept change of mind returns. It is your responsibility to check all such products on delivery. You must notify us in writing within 48hours if the products are faulty. Photographic evidence is required for all credits.
